The purpose which the Castle of Dreams is organized are: to award scholarships or student aid for the advancement of education; to contribute to an educational institution or endow a professional chair; to support activities such as Workshops and Seminars for the advancement of education and leadership; the making of contributions to other charitable organizations; to accept and make donations of money, property, real and personal, to invest in real estate and personal property for educational and charitable purposes; to enter into any kind of activity and to perform and carry out contracts of any kind necessary to, or in connection with or incidental to the accomplishment of the non-profit purposes of the Corporation. The Castle of Dreams is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to non-profit organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under the federal tax code.
