78th VACAPAF Virtual Convention

The 78th Virginia Association of Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (VACAPAF) Convention will convene virtually on February 13, 2021. This year’s theme is “Together We Will Enhance, Uplift, and Reform.” As a District, we are continuing to grow and build eminent goodwill in the communities we serve. We embrace the principles that govern our organization, and the programs that enrich the community-at-large. Since 1943, the Virginia Association of Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has promoted our organization’s mission to develop leaders, promote brotherhood, academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities. Attendees can look forward to a convention with focused business sessions, Eastern Region candidates’ presentations, college brother’s competitions, an array of vendors, and a celebratory Black and Gold Awards program in recognition of achievements by our brothers and chapters for the 2020-2021 fraternal year. Registration Information

• Cost: College Brothers – $25.00 and Alumni Brothers $50.00
• An online convenience fee will be added

• Spring 2020 Neophytes who paid their district assessments will have no charge. Your convention registration is included in the assessment paid. If you did not pay the assessment, you must pay for registration.
• Only electronic payments will be received. Additional questions can be sent to the district finance team at finance@vacapaf.org. 
• Chapter delegate strength must be registered to vote on the elections, budget, and constitutional amendments.
